International Model And ICANIWILL Ambassador Madeline Stuart Celebrates Her Birthday Saturday November 14 With Charity Event The Bulimba Festival JELLYRUN.
Fresh from her debut on the runway of New York Fashion Week with FTL Moda walking for Hendrik Vermeulen, international model and Brisbane girl Madeline Stuart is returning home and excited to share her 19th birthday with the community. Charity event the JELLYRUN on Saturday November 14 at Bulimba Riverside Junior Rugby Club, has been selected as her ideal birthday party.
ICANIWILL’s JELLYRUN is Australia’s biggest food fight, bridging the social gap by promoting inclusion in the community for local children with special needs. Partnering with the Bulimba Festival programme, the JELLYRUN will be held across two football ovals with multiple 2.5m high inflatable slides, jumping castles, inflatable obstacle courses, slip ‘n’ slides and over 30 pools filled with jelly and participants wearing ICANIWILL t-shirts. A sensory area catering to children with special needs is included. Madeline is excited to return to her hometown and share her special day with community and friends before she jets off once more.
As one of the Top 5 spoken-about models in the world right now, Madeline is set to receive Model of the Year Award at Mélange 2015 in San Francisco this Saturday October 3 as the first model with Down Syndrome. Mélange is one of the largest international fashion shows in the world and annually celebrates diversity and human rights through fashion and art. American singer, actor, model, and spokesperson in the LGBT community Cory Wade received this very same award last year. Madeline looks forward to participating in charity fashion events such as Horizon Stars Fashion Show Fundraiser in Florida, Dreams Come True Louisiana Fashion Show and the Mélange Rio de Janeiro. Madeline is set to visit Sweden to attend the gala of FUB, The Swedish National Association for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities followed by offers offered to walk in Milan and Tokyo Fashion Weeks next year.
