Introducing Beauregard’s Quattro Pinto Noir, Exclusively At Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley

PAL_379_aspect4x5Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto announces a partnership with local winery Beauregard Vineyards.  Only the finest barrels of pinot noir from the Ben Lomond AVA within Santa Cruz Mountains have been made available exclusively to Quattro Restaurant and bottled in a wine dubbed Beauregard’s Quattro.  The wine, which is available by the glass and bottle at the restaurant, is elegant and graceful with delicate, yet complex, fruit flavours.  The hand-picked grapes that are vinified into this bottling benefit from the cool growing climate and high elevation on the slopes of Ben Lomond, which reaches 2,600 feet (795 metres) and is dominated by wind and fog.


Winemaker Ryan Beauregard invites guests to visit him at the winery and even shares, “if any guest of Quattro brings a bottle of Beauregard’s Quattro with them when they visit the winery, I’ll personally reserve them a picnic table on my lawn by the mountain creek.”


Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto is the ideal base to explore the beautiful Bay.  Quattro’s Executive Chef Marco Fossati can even pack a boxed lunch for guests to take on a day trip before they leave.  Guests are encouraged to visit 1,800 year old trees at Henry Cowell Redwood State Park, then surrender to the solitude on the slopes of Ben Lomond at Beauregard Vineyards while savouring a glass of the highly acclaimed Bald Mountain Vineyard Chardonnay in the historic Lost Weekend tasting room.  Next, guests can continue their journey toward the stunning Pacific coastline and marvel as the sun sets over Santa Cruz.
