Introducing Chef’s Table Menu at BIZOU

This Spring Head Chef Todd Williams of recently opened Bizou is introducing a three-course Chef’s Table Menu for HKD398 + 10% service charge. With genuine all-American flair, the menu shows a range of new and exciting options available at the American brasserie located on the ground floor of Pacific Place.

“The menu offers discerning diners a taste distinct to BIZOU that reflects my personality as a chef – it is all about well-balanced dishes fueled by fresh and honest seasonal ingredients. With a competitive price point, I believe the new chef’s menu is a great introduction to BIZOU dining,” said Chef Todd.

For starters, diners can choose between the plump Boston Style Crab Cake served with a red pepper sauce, fresh cilantro and a house-made chipotle aioli or the southern-inspired Sweet Corn Soup with a charred corn relish and basil oil to give an extra punch. Chef Todd uses a special recipe that incorporates the whole corn cob for that additional flavour.  

Roasted Norwegian Salmon

Guests can choose between land or sea for the entrée with the Roasted Norwegian Salmon plated in a warm cucumber nage, a refreshing broth made with cucumber juice and butter, garnished by salty salmon roe and Japanese specialty uni or the 12-oz Aged Grass-Fed NY Strip with a side of spring vegetables, roasted butter potatoes and a red wine essence.

BIZOU – Interiors

A classic American favourite, BIZOU’s American Cheesecake is served on a traditional graham cracker crust with a seasonal fruit compote. For diners that prefer a touch of chocolate, the Coconut Chocolate Bread Pudding has been a hit at BIZOU since opening. It’s served warm with a side of caramel ice cream, a splattering of coconut crunch and a dash of sea salt to bring out the complexity in favour. Choose from a selection of great American wines for the perfect partner to the sumptuous three-course dinner and finish with a relaxing house coffee.

Aged Grass-Fed NY Strip

BIZOU American Brasserie features a seriously balanced menu of flavours and textures led by Head Chef Todd Williams.
