InVision Hospitality Signs Management Contract for Scenia Bay Complex in Nha Trang, Vietnam Hanoi, Vietnam

Bangkok based InVision Hospitality CEO, Kevin Beauvais, and Nam Tien Lao Cai JSC General Director, Cao Thi Thu Hien, participated in a signing ceremony at Vietnam and announce InVision Hospitality’s management of the Scenia Bay complex in Nha Trang, Vietnam.

The large-scale project has a total investment estimated at VND2.05 trillion ($93.4 million) and covers 7,666 square metres of land area. Located on the main beach road with unobstructed sea views, the project is designed with more than 700 condos for sale and over 270 GLOW Hotel guestrooms for visiting tourists and holidaymakers. The project is currently under construction and is slated to commence operation in 2020.
