For the appetizers, you can choose Heirloom Tomatoes salad & Stracciatella Pugliese, Extra virgin olive oil, and summer greens, which is just as perfect to begin with for the health conscious connoisseur, or if you are a prawn lover, you may want to indulge in Lardo Wrapped Pacific spot Prawns, Black truffle tomato dressing, Spanish pisto.
