Experience live food making demonstrations, sharing traditional fresh mozzarella and pasta making techniques, and taste olive oil with Nino Zoccali (Pendolino) in our Olive Oil Workshops
Taste 200 of Italy’s finest wines (including Italian-centric Aussie wines), meet winemakers and importers. Wine masterclasses presented by Gourmet Traveller Wine are curated by our team and hosted by renowned journalist Mike Bennie; while sommelier Matt Dunne (Aria restaurant) hosts Plumm Italian Wine Workshops, Tour the wine regions with Sydney’s top sommeliers on a Sommelier Tour, then round out the day in the wine garden with live music and an authentic Italian cocktail from the Negroni Bar.
