Sestic took out the title today (AEST) at the premiere international coffee competition that focuses on promoting excellence in coffee.
He beat barista representatives from the USA, Canada, Hong Kong, United Kingdom and France and his secret weapon was a dash of Canberra District winemaker Tim Kirk’s Clonakilla shiraz viognier.
The founder and director of ONA Coffee is a partner in the popular Canberra city cafe The Cupping Room which continues to receive rave reviews for both its coffee and food.
