It is then followed by air-flown Mikawa Bay Mirugai Calm Sashimi, which served fresh to reveal its optimum sweetness. As a grilled dish, Marinated Salmon in Sake Lees is definitely another highlight of the menu, the Salmon is marinated with the flavorful Sake Lees and then grilled to produce a crisp and succulent flesh.
