The signature Japanese restaurant at The Okura Prestige Bangkok is adding à la carte dinner items featuring Japan’s finest Satsuma wagyu beef. The beef, from Kagoshima prefecture, is well known throughout the world.
Yamazato Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara has created new starter and main course dishes such as grilled sirloin with foie gras, hot pot, steamed shabu and an intriguing Satsuma wagyu beef hamburg with cheese.
The new menu items, priced from Baht 450++, are available for a limited period from 12 September to 4 October 2015.
