The Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) and JetBlue are announcing that this evening, July 30, 2019, JetBlue will relocate its operations from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2 at O’Hare International Airport, including ticketing, check-in, gate assignments and baggage claim.

JetBlue’s first departure out of Gate G2 will be on Wednesday, July 31 at
5:30 a.m.

JetBlue passengers are advised to check in at Terminal 2, and to claim luggage at Baggage Carousel 1 on the lower level.

All airport signage at O’Hare was updated this morning to reflect JetBlue’s new location in Terminal 2. The changes will also be applied on the CDA’s website, www.FlyChicago.com.

JetBlue will notify its customers in advance by email and has signage at its ticket counters in Terminal 3 during the transition to redirect passengers to Terminal 2.

JetBlue currently operates an average of seven daily departures from O’Hare.

Its relocation to Terminal 2 is part of O’Hare 21, an historic terminal expansion program that is transforming O’Hare from curb to gate. The $8.5 billion investment is bringing new gates, increased travel options and an improved customer experience to ensure O’Hare meets the needs of the traveling public through the 21st century and beyond.
