Jetstar Asia ranks among top 10 Best Low-Cost Airlines in the 2013 Skytrax World Airline Awards

Jetstar Asia and Jetstar Airways were both ranked among the top Low Cost Airlines in the world, according to 18 million customers from 160 countries who participated in the Skytrax Annual World Airline Survey as announced at the Paris Air Show this year.

Singapore-based Jetstar Asia ranked #7 in the category and is the top Low Cost Airline among the Singapore based LCCs.

Jetstar Asia – part of the Jetstar Group of airlines – currently operates more than 500 weekly return flights to 22 destinations across 13 countries and territories in the Asia Pacific.

This is the sixth consecutive year Jetstar Asia has been voted into the top 10 of these prestigious awards.

Jetstar Airways was awarded the Best Low Cost Airline Australia-Pacific and overall #2 in the world.

Jetstar Airways, based in Australia and New Zealand, operates more than 1,200 return domestic and international flights in Australia and New Zealand per week. This is their third consecutive win in this category.

The Qantas Group has also been recognised as having the two leading airlines in the Australia-Pacific region in the awards. Qantas was awarded Best Airline Australia-Pacific along with Jetstar Airways as the Best Low Cost Airline Australia-Pacific.
