Jharkhand Tourism holds roadshow in Mumbai

Jharkhand Tourism Department organised a massive road show at The Orchid Hotel ,Vile Parle (E), Mumbai., in which  India’s west coastal prominent travel and trade representatives were invited to witness the impressive presentation from the Jharkhand Tourism Department, which showcased the upcoming Jharkhand Travel Mart to be held at Ranchi from March 23 to 25, 2018.

During the occasion, Jharkhand Tourism announced the plan drawn by the State to celebrate the Inaugural edition of upcoming “Jharkhand Travel Mart 2018 ”. This year’s event will be one of the most colourful and vibrant editions of the JTM ever seen. M/S Sphere Travelmedia and Exhibitions is organising this travel mart.

Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Bersa,IAS, Director – Tourism, Govt. of Jharkhand addressed the gathering. Mr. Rohit Hangal Director, Sphere Travelmedia & Exhibitions was also present during the occasion.

Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Bersa, IAS Director – Tourism, Govt. of Jharkhand said, “We have a clear vision for the State, with various activities planned to make Jharkhand a tourist friendly destination. The State has a great potential to offer through tourism products and attractions such as wildlife, pilgrimage, heritage and leisure. JTM will help us to promote the State and the tourism products it has to offer to the domestic as well as the international traveler.

Apart from Kolkata, New Delhi, and Mumbai Jharkhand Tourism is organizing the mega roadshows in various cities such as , Bhubaneswar, Patna and Asansol.

‘Jharkhand Tourism’ announces the inaugural edition of ‘Jharkhand Travel Mart’, The Eastern India’s biggest B2B travel event in Ranchi from the 23 – 25 March 2018.

Dr. Manish Ranjan, IAS, Secretary – Tourism, Govt. of Jharkhand said “Jharkhand will contribute immensely to the Indian Tourism portfolio with its diverse range of travel and tourism destinations. We are pleased to announce the inaugural edition of the ‘Jharkhand Travel Mart’ in Ranchi from the 23 – 25 March 2018. The event is an extension of our aggressive marketing approach to introduce more tourism destinations and attractions and reinforce the Jharkhand Tourism Brand among the media, buyers and stake-holders”.

The event will seek support from all major National travel – trade and hospitality association in India such as ‘Association of Domestic Tour Operators Association of India (ADTOI), Adventure Tour Operators Association of India (ATOAI), Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI) and Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO), Federation of Associations in Indian Tourism & Hospitality (FAITH), Hotel Association of Jharkhand, Travel Agents Association of Jharkhand, Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries.

Jharkhand Tourism has also scheduled B2B Roadshows in key markets such as Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, Asansol, etc to promote the state and the inaugural edition of ‘Jharkhand Travel Mart’.
