Jin Jiang Brands Present at 2016 International Hotel Franchise Expo

Hospitality industry in China is undergoing structural reforms, format innovations and model breakthroughs, to enter a diversified stage where optimal hotel resources are fully used and industry’s developmental needs are accurately fulfilled. The 2nd China (Shanghai) International Hotel Franchise Expo was held in National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), November 10 to 12, 2016. It is an offline platform of communication and promotions for hotel investors, developers, property owners and hotel management brands.


Participating exhibitors at the Expo include domestic and international hotel chains, tourists’ hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, beds and breakfasts, commercial real estates, financial institutions, hotel investment and transfer institutions, hotel design companies, and hotel consulting companies. More Jin Jiang Hotel’s brands have attended this year’s Expo than last year, including J. HOTEL, Jin Jiang, Kunlun, Yanhuayuan, Golden Tulip, Jin Jiang Metropolo, Campanile and Jin Jiang Inn, showing that Jin Jiang is a brand with strong competitive power.

The booth area of Jin Jiang Hotel covers 540 square meters, stylish and spacious, integrating a wide range of display methods, such as well-printed pictures and LED multimedia, to naturally establish brand images to guests. One of the highlights in the booth design this year is to provide guests with unique, immersive brand experience. At the booth, guests can not only be in the sample rooms of Jin Jiang Metropolo and Campanile, but also learn more about how internet technologies influence marketing in the hospitality industry. What is most important is that the booth opens up a space for guests to experience the culture and history of Jin Jiang as a brand.

In recent years, the hospitality industry in China is growing at a high speed. According to data from the United Nations World Tourism Organization, Chinese hotel market size will surpass that of the United States by 2025 and become the world’s largest market. At the same time, the industry is undergoing structural reforms and format innovations: hotels are not places for food and accommodations anymore but fully-functioning complexes that integrate accommodations, catering services, social life, entertainments, recreations and business. Jin Jiang International Hotel is actively exploring approaches for traditional hotels to transform into smart hotels to meet individualized, increasing and complicated demands from customers in technology, operation and service. Investors can also get introduced to new ideas brought by upgrading plans at the booth, which is another highlight at the Expo.

At the same time of the 2nd China (Shanghai) International Hotel Franchise Expo, the 8th China (Shanghai) International Hotel Equipment & Supplies Fair and 1st China (Shanghai) International Smart Hotel Exhibition were also held. The three exhibitions were all hosted by Shanghai Jin Jiang International Convention and Exhibition Co., Ltd., a subsidiary under Shanghai Jin Jiang International Hotels (Group) Company Limited and a comprehensive platform where the Group plays its resources advantages and influential power for its subsidiaries and creates opportunities of communications, exhibitions and business meetings.
