  • The award-winning restaurant’s menu is developed by Italian born Executive Chef Matteo Zamboni in collaboration with Head Sommelier Niels Sluiman. The new summer menu features contemporary Italian inspired cuisine showcasing Australia’s finest seafood and fresh produce. Dishes include grilled Mooloolaba king prawns, handmade casarecce pasta with spanner crab and spicy prawn oil and a light lemon tart with mascarpone cream and raspberries.
  • If there’s one thing that Jonah’s is renowned for other than the cuisine and expansive views, it’s the extensive wine list. Spanning over 80 pages, the award-wining list consists of more than 1,600 vintage Australian and international wines.
  • The eleven ocean retreat rooms at Jonah’s have recently been completely refurbished. The décor is refreshing and elegant, inspired by Hamptons meets French Riviera styling. The luxurious accommodation reveals dreamy, light-filled rooms with cool oak tones, brass finishings, plush linens and rope motifs giving a subtle nautical feel. Every room features custom made furniture with refined detailing for an understated opulence. Each room has its own private balcony with 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean. The beauty of the Australian outdoors is welcomed inside with strategically placed mirrors and generous windows.
