Joyful video captures the world’s coolest little passenger

July 3, 2015 Aviation, Headline News 2 Comments Email Email

egtmedia59If flying has become a tad humdrum, here’s the antidote – a dose of laughter with possibly the coolest passenger in the world.

The new video clip shows more aerobatics than most of us will ever do in a plane, and the star of the show is just four years old.

The clip was shot when French-Canadian pilot Raphael “Raf” Langumier took his four-year-old daughter Léa along on an aerobatic flight. She just loves every second of it.

Langumier is a highly experienced test pilot who has accumulated more than 8000 flight hours in more than 60 types of aircraft, from ultralights to jets. He’s flown some of the world’s most advanced aerobatic planes, including the Blackshape Prime, the C152 Aerobat and many more aircraft types including the Convair CV580.

In this video, however, it’s his little daughter who steals the show. Very cute and very amusing is the general verdict.

Peter, he is a brave man indeed if he has tried aerobatics in a Convair CV580! Look up this plane if you don’t know what it is. Cute kid having a lot of fun. Braver than me.

Hi AgentGerko — I just looked up the Convair CV580 and I see what you mean! I guess he’s flown one rather than done aerobatics in it. It’s far too venerable for aerobatics.
