The JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa Wellness Workshop will take place from September 17th to 20th, 2015, hosted by internationally renowned yoga practitioner Kim White.

The Wellness Workshop with Kim White and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) specialist Ken Rosen is an inspirational 3‐day programme in which participants will embark on a journey toward a more complete understanding of the relationship between mind and body, learning the basics of yoga, life tips and personal nutrition.
Founder of the Mindbody Yoga system and owner of Sala Samadhi in Phuket, Kim White first embarked on her own Yogic journey in early childhood and now teaches internationally, both new and advanced students. An acclaimed writer, teacher and practitioner of TCM, Ken Rosen taught nutrition, diagnosis and clinical supervision in New York before moving to Thailand where he works with several luxury resorts. He has published articles on Chinese Medicine, cancer treatment and nutrition, and presented at major conferences in the US and Asia.

The Wellness Workshop is priced from THB 30,000 per person single / THB 25,000 per person double occupancy for a 3‐day 4‐night package that includes:

The yoga, nutrition and meditation sessions can also be attended as individual sessions, priced from THB 1,000 per session.
The first of the two daily sessions with Kim White in the Wellness Workshop concentrates on the Yoga Asana and the understanding of body‐breath‐mind connection, essential during the physical practice of yoga. The second lesson will focus on the control and development of the mind within a yogic framework for the improvement of individual happiness and wellbeing.
