Chef Hill Lee, Executive Chef of Sheraton Seoul D Cube City Hotel Seoul Korea will entice all the guests with an extensive selection of traditional and innovative Korean dishes. For gourmets who enjoy Korean BBQ, Tuesday evenings is the time to participate during the promotion period. With more than 15 years working experience in the culinary industry, Chef Lee has travelled throughout the world assembling experiences, highlight including W Seoul Walkerhill Hotel Seoul, SAVOY Hotel in London, Abuja Hotel & Korean Embassy in Nigeria, Westin Beijing Financial Street Hotel Beijing and among the others.

One of the most well-known Korean signatures, ‘Bibimbap’ is a colorful mix of warm white rice topped with ‘Namul(sautéed and seasoned vegetables) and gochujang (Korean chili pepper paste). A well balanced meal popular among many Korean food lovers, this traditional dish is stirred together thouroughly just before eating, which gave it the name ‘Bibimbap’ literally meaning ‘mixed rice’.

Samgyetang

‘Samgyetang’ is a traditional Korean dish that restores energy, popular in the hot summer days. A spring chicken is combined with healthy ingredients such as abalone, octopus, beef and jujubes to boil into a tasteful chicken broth.
