Katnook Estate Dinners In Hong Kong

RENOWNED Coonawarra winery Katnook Estates is getting behind an Australian wine and food extravaganza at the five star Harbour Grand Kowloon hotel in Hong Kong next week.

Katnook wines will be teamed with tantalizing dishes prepared by award-winning chef Ben Higgs from Wild Oak restaurant at Olinda in Victoria’s Dandenong ranges.

A range of Katnook’s finest wines will be teamed with dishes like  Victorian smoked ell Tasmanian  ocean trout, South Australian angus beef, Yarra Valley goat cheese at a dinner in the hotel’s Harbour grill and at an Australian BBQ buffet in the Waterfront Bar and Terrace.

The functions of five courses with Katnook’s wines will be held on Tuesday August 19 and Wednesday August 20respectively.
