Kenya Airways Suspends Flights To Blantyre Following Airport Closure

Kenya Airways wishes to inform its passengers and the general public that it will be suspending direct flights between its Nairobi hub and Blantyre in Malawi from 17 – 29 March 2014.

This follows closure of the Chileka Airport in Blantyre for maintenance work on the runway. All guests flying to Blantyre will be rerouted though Kamuzu International Airport in Lilongwe, Malawi.

The following guidelines will apply for rebooking/rerouting all passengers booked to travel between 17 March and 29 March 2014:

• One free change shall be allowed

• Full refund for fully unutilised tickets

• Partially utilised tickets shall be refunded, less sectors travelled

All rebooking should be done by 24 March 2014.
