Food and beverage offers

Enjoy HK$350 Net Celebration Meal
From 1 to 30 June 2016, the hotel will present an array of HK$350 net menus at its award-winning restaurants from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. The menus include a five-course dim sum lunch at Shang Palace, seven-course kaiseki lunch at Nadaman, semi-buffet lunch and three-course lunch set at Angelini, international lunch buffet with beverage package offering unlimited soft drinks and juices at Café Kool and an afternoon tea set for two at Lobby Lounge.
35th Anniversary Dinner Specials
Throughout the anniversary month of June, Executive Chinese Chef Mok Kit Keung from the Michelin two-starred Shang Palace will use different cooking techniques and ingredients to present lobster dishes in 35 ways. The variations include his signature Crispy-Fried Lobster with Oatmeal, Baked Lobster with Butter and Cheese, Sautéed Lobster with Supreme Broth, Steamed Lobster with Chilli Plum Sauce, Wok-Fried Lobster with White Pepper Corn, Oven-Baked Lobster with Sea Salt, Braised Lobster with Sea Urchin, Chilled Lobster in Thai Style, Lobster and Fresh Fruit Salad, Deep-Fried Lobster in Typhoon-Shelter Style, Stewed Lobster with Curry served in a Coconut and many more. The lobster specials are available for dinner only between 1 and 30 June 2016.
Tapas Bar will present 35-month Iberico Bellota cured ham, specially ordered for the celebration of the hotel’s 35th anniversary. Rare in the market, the ham is priced at HK$300 plus 10 per cent per plate of 60 grams and is on offer from 1 to 30 June 2016.
