French Black Truffle and Korean Beef Feast at Shang Palace

French Black Truffle and Korean Beef are under the spotlight this JuneChef Mok has brought the unforgettable aroma of the black culinary jewel from France and the high marbling and rich juiciness Hanwoo beef from Korea on menu.

Guests may relish a variety of specialties and dim sum, including Steamed Assorted Mushroom Buns with French Black Truffle, Baked Salted Chicken with French Black Summer Truffle, CrispyFried Long Spring Roll with Korean Beef and Water Chestnut, Sautéed Shredded Korean Beef with Morel Mushroom and Onion Trio, WokFried Diced Korean Beef and Asparagus with Teriyaki Sauce, just to name a few.

Throughout June, Nadamans new chef Chef Tsuji spoils diners with the Kinboshi Sagabuta pork, which is known for being raised naturally and thus possessing superior nutritional values, in a range of authentic creations.

Menu highlights include Tenderly Simmered Kinboshi Sagabuta Pork Belly in Traditional Style, Thin Slices of Kinboshi Sagabuta Pork ShabuShabu Hot Pot, Grilled Marinated Kinboshi Sagabuta Pork Loin with Miso Paste, DeepFried Kinboshi Sagabuta Pork Loin Cutlet, Teppanyaki Kinboshi Sagabuta Pork Belly and many more.

Flavoursome Sea Bass from Tuscany at Angelini

Caught in the crystalclear water of the Tuscany Sea, the sea bass is one of the most popular fishes on the Italian table due to its distinct meaty flavour and texture.  Guests can experience the tenderness of its meat, together with a delicious range of creations by  Chef Alessandro, at Angelini.

The menu highlights include Sea Bass Tartare, Pantelleria Capers, Cinnamon, SageLemon ItalianStyle Crushed Ice and Vanilla Marinated Tomatoes; Sea Bass Carpaccio, Caviar, Papaya and Cucumber; Sea Bass Ravioli Pasta with Chickpea Cream, Venerupis Philippinarum Clams and Arugula; Sea Bass in a Crust of Bread and Olives, Cherry Tomatoes, Leccino Olives and Capers, Eggplant and Burrata Cheese Cream; Exotic Fruit au Gratin, Italian Prosecco Sabayon, Campari Bitter Sorbet and more.

These offerings are available from 14 June to 12 July 2017.

Good News for Meat Lovers at Café Kool

Meat lovers should not miss the Grilled Meat Feast at Café Kool.  Guests can try out a wide selection of grilled meats from the United States and Australia, including Beef Spare Ribs with BBQ Sauce, Grilled Chicken Thighs with Cilantro and Pepper Lemon Rub, Grilled Pork Belly with Pickled Red Onion and Smoked Blueberry Demi Glaze, Slow-Roasted Leg of Lamb with Chimichurri, Roasted Suckling Pig with Rubbed Honey Pommery Mustard and many more.

The buffet is available between 5 and 30 June 2017, except on 18 June 2017.
