White Truffle Craving at Angelini

Chef Alessandro welcomes diners with aromatic creations featuring exotic white truffles fresh from Alba, the truffle capital of Italy.  The à la carte menu includes Runny Scrambled Eggs with Alba White Truffle; Pumpkin Cream, 63 °C Boiled Egg, Sweetbread, Chestnuts and White Truffle; Home-Made Tagliolini Pasta with White Truffle; Beef Tenderloin, Rossini Style, with White Truffle; Vanilla Ice-Cream, English Cream and White Truffle; and more.  An additional gram of alba can be consumed at HK$110 only.  Available from now to 5 December 2016.

Exclusive Italian Cooking Class with Chef Alessendro at Angelini

On 19 November 2016, Chef Alessendro presents a fun and intimate cooking class which  allows inquisitive diners to learn secrets behind preparation of three of his favourite dishes. The selected creations include Marinated Salmon with Quinoa, Cappelletti with Sea Bass served with Asparagus in Clam Sauce and Mixed Fruits with Egg Custard topped with Prosecco and Campari Granita. The price of each cooking class is only HK$1,096 per person, the cooking class includes the recipes, a certificate and an authentic dinner.

Yamiguchi’s Wild Choshu Chicken at Nadaman

Throughout the whole November, Chef Kojima and his team welcome diners with a range of decadent dishes made with one of the most famous breeds in Japan—Wild Choshu chicken from Yamaguchi Prefecture.

Menu highlights include Grilled Wild Choshu Chicken Fillet with Salt or Teriyaki Sauce, Deep-Fried marinated Wild Choshu Chicken Fillet, Grilled Wild Choshu Chicken Wing with Spicy Cod Roe, Grilled Wild Choshu Chicken Fillet in Tataki Style served with Ponzu Radish Sauce,Wild Choshu Chicken Rice Bowl with Egg Sauce and more. All are available from 1 November to 30 November 2016.

Hot Sake Selection at Nadaman

From 1 November to 30 November 2016, Nadaman presents the selection of top-grade, award-winning sake, all perfectly warmed to bring out the best flavour and fragrance during the cool autumn days. The featured sakes are Izumibashi Kurotonbo Kimoto Junmai, Tamgawa Omachi Junmai Ginjyo, Myokosan Honjozo, Taiheisan Junmai Ginjyo Chogetsu and Tenryo Tobikiri Tokubetsu Junmai. All are priced at HK $170 per glass only.

Thanksgiving Celebration at Café Kool

The chefs at Café Kool will be cooking up a storm this Thanksgiving holiday in true western style, inviting families and visitors to celebrate the spirit of the season and indulge in a holiday meal that’s guaranteed to please the palate.

On 24 November 2016, guests can enjoy an authentic selection of traditional holiday favourites including Roosted Pumpkin Soup with Chestnut and Herb Croutons; Traditional Toasted Turkey with Apple-Sage Stuffing served with Giblet Sauce and Spiced Cranberry Chutney; Bourbon Glaze Gammon Ham with Apple Sauce, Creamed Leek and Potato, and Glazed Chestnut.  Dessert offerings top the list with Pecan Nut Tart, Baked Pumpkin Pie, Apple Cobbler, Pumpkin Cup Cakes and more.

Soothing Hot Toddy at Lobby Lounge

Hot Toddy is the drink of the month that keeps the body warm and melts the winter blue. From 1 November to 31 December 2016, Lobby Lounge presents a selection of hot toddy which contains vitamin C for health, honey to soothe and alcohol to relax. A choice of

flavours includes Herbal, Basil and Orange. Priced at HK$90 per glass.

Chestnut Vanilla Cake at Déli Kool

Déli Kool presents a Chestnut Vanilla Cake this November to delight guests with a sweet tooth.  With layers of Chestnut Mousse and Vanilla Mousse, the 1.5-lb cake is priced at HK$300 only.
