Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong presents diners a host of special culinary experiences this September, with tempting offers available at Shang Palace, Nadaman, Angelini, Café Kool and Déli Kool.

Hairy Crab Delicacies and More at Shang Palace

This autumn, Chef Mok brings guests a perfect seasonal feast featuring a medley of tangy hairy-crab creations, plus some customary autumnal delicacies, such as snake and mutton.  Menu highlights include Steamed Whole Hairy Crab, Braised Hairy Crab Roe and Diced Bean Curd served with Pan-Fried Spring Onion Cake, Sautéed Fresh Milk and Egg White with Hairy Crab Roe topped with White Truffle, Braised Inaniwa Noodles with Hairy Crab Roe and Oil, Sautéed Garoupa Fillet and Salted Duck Meat with Snow Pea and Chinese Celery, Traditional Braised Mutton with Black Mushrooms and Bamboo Shoots and more.  All are available from 1 October to 30 November 2017.

Miyazaki BlackHaired Wagyu at Nadaman

Produced from Japanese black cattle, the award-winning Miyazaki beef is highly rated for its exceptional meat quality.  The well-marbled wagyu simply melts in the mouth.  This October, Chef Tsuji and his talented team present an enticing spread of wagyu wonders, including the delicate Miyazaki Black-Haired Beef Sirloin Steak Grade A5, Charcoal Grilled or Teppanyaki; Thinly Sliced Miyazaki Black-Haired Beef A5, Shabu-Shabu or Sukiyaki, Miyazaki Black-Haired Beef Sukiyaki Roll with Homemade Egg Yolk Sauce, Flamed Miyazaki Black-Haired Beef Sushi and Grilled Sliced Miyazaki Black-Haired Beef with Komiyaki Sauce served with Japanese Eggplant, just to name a few.

The time all Hong Kong gourmands have been waiting is the return of roeladen and creamy hairycrab menus across the city.  Café Kook offers a complete feast with an unlimited supply of Steamed Hairy Crabs at the dinner buffet.  Between 9 October and 5 November 2017, the talented chefs at Café Kool present the highly anticipated menu bringing out the best flavours of the exquisite hairy crab, including Steamed Hairy Crab, Hairy Crab Meat and Shrimp in EFu Noodles, Baked Hairy Crab Meat and Onion Gratin, Hairy Crab Meat Sauce with Seasonal Vegetables, Steamed Bean Curd with Hairy Crab Meat Sauce and many more.
