Hairy Crab Feast at Shang Palace
This October and November, Chef Mok brings guests a perfect seasonal feast featuring a medley of tangy hairy crab creations, plus some customary autumnal delicacies, such as snake and mutton. The six-course menu is priced at HK$1,588 per person only.

Seasonal Shokado Bento at Nadaman
This October, Chef Kojima whips up a special Shokado Bento Lunch Box showcasing some fresh delicious autumn specialties to savour the season. The lunch menu is priced at HK$390 per person only.
Menu highlights include Sashimi Platter, Amiyaka Beef, Fresh Salmon Roe with Radish, Steamed Egg Custard, Sushi Platter and Mochi Rice Cake with Red Bean Paste. Available from now to 31 October 2016.
Dried Seafood Fair at Nadaman
The popular dish for Japanese family meals, dried seafood dishes can be found at Nadaman throughout October, all flamed and salted to perfection to satisfy the discerning palate. Priced from HK$60 each.
Menu highlights include Hokkaido Flamed Dried Salmon Stick, Hokkaido Flamed Salted Hokke Greenling Fish, Hiroshima Prefecture Dried Devara Flatfish and Fukui Prefecture Salted Dried Slices of Saba Mackerel. All are available from now to 31 October 2016.
Foie Gras Delicacies at Café Kool
Café Kool presents an irresistible selection of foie gras creations every night at its dinner buffet. Guests may relish a variety of foie gras specialties, including Pan-Fried Foie Gras, Foie Gras Pate with Raspberry Gelatine, Pan-Fried Veal with Foie Gras and Port Wine Sauce, Steamed Foie Gras Shanghai Dumpling and Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras Pate in Puff Pastry. Diwali Festival at Café Kool
Between 30 and 31 October 2016, guests can brighten this year’s Diwali with the hotel’s hearty dinner buffet filled with a mouth-watering selection of authentic Indian specials and desserts. Featuring Malai Kofta, Saffron Pulao, Gulab Jamun, Jalebi and Motichoor Ladoo, the dinner buffet is priced at HK$598 (adult) and HK$478 (child).
White Truffle Craving at Angelini
Chef Alessandro welcomes diners with aromatic creations featuring exotic white truffles fresh from Alba, the truffle capital of Italy.
