All featured culinary creations were made with high-quality, premium grade matcha – powdered green tea – from Yamamasa Koyamaen, an award-winning tea farm in Uji, Kyoto, Japan, which has produced traditional green tea for over 100 years.  Packed with anti-oxidants, fibre, chlorophyll and vitamins, one cup of matcha equals 10 cups of regularly brewed green tea in terms of nutritional content.  Amongst its many health benefits, matcha also boosts metabolism, detoxifies effectively and naturally, calms the mind and enhances mood.
