Visit Sunshine Coast (VSC) Head of Marketing, Kylee Daniel, will depart the organisation at the end of the year, after two years in the key role.

Ms Daniel will work on a range of major projects before she departs, including preparing a new consumer-led website that will deliver significantly enhanced online visitor information services and applications.

“When I started as Head of Marketing two years ago, my goals were to develop one of the best marketing teams on the Sunshine Coast, create and implement sound domestic and international marketing strategies that delivered upward results and growth for the region’s tourism industry and to leave at least one legacy project for the region, which I have with Australia’s newest food festival, The Curated Plate,” said Ms Daniel.

“I feel I am leaving the marketing at VSC in a strong position. The team is highly skilled and competent, there a clear strategies in place and we have trialled and tested a number of marketing initiatives with some great learnings, so I am confident the team will continue to evolve, innovate and deliver positive results.”
