LAN Airlines unveils new “Copa America” livery on 50 aircraft – already flying within Chile and throughout South America

Only 37 days out from the beginning of the continent’s most important soccer tournament, LAN and TAM, the event’s official airlines, are operating 50 “Copa America” livery aircraft within Chile and on other routes in South America.

These will transport fans to the matches played in different host cities across the region.

In Chile, LAN will feature the Copa America Chile 2015 logo on its entire fleet of planes to kick off the sports celebration set to take place between June 11 and July 4, during which time the airline industry expects to transport over 30,000 foreign fans within Chile.

Elsewhere in South America, planes flying in countries, including Peru, Colombia, Argentina and Ecuador, will also feature the Copa America Chile 2015 logo.

From Australia, LAN Airlines operates seven one-stop flights each week from Sydney to Santiago, Chile, with onward connections to more than 115 destinations in South America, including all Copa America match destinations.
