Landry & Kling Inc., specialists in meetings at sea, incentive cruises and ship charters, announced that accomplished sales professional Neeti Ayare has joined Landry & Kling to serve as the company’s new Global Sales Manager, Asia/Pacific.
With over eight years of sales and marketing management experience working with luxury hotels in India, Neeti is adept at generating sales and developing relationships in international markets.
In response to the growing MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and events) market demand in Asia, cruise lines are positioning more ships in the region, and Landry & Kling is gearing up to meet the growing number of group cruise requests from planners around the world. In her new position as Global Sales Manager, Neeti will help develop and expand Landry & Kling’s reach into Asia Pacific, Australasia and Far East. Neeti will work with Landry & Kling’s international cruise line partners to develop cooperative outreach programs, targeted to MICE buyers in major Asia/Pacific markets.

Prior to joining Landry & Kling, Neeti served as Associate Head of Sales for the Leela Palaces & Resorts in New Delhi, India, where she managed a team of sales professionals and was instrumental in achieving increased growth and profitability for the luxury hotel brand. In her concurrent role as Deputy Sales Manager of Indian Hotels Company, she also handled corporate sales.
