“We’ve worked closely with chefs and industry friends over the last year to ensure that Taste of Hong Kong is the greatest restaurant festival the city has seen. This year is bursting with top quality cuisine and creative innovation in the kitchen. Chefs have travelled far and wide to source the world’s best ingredients and people have flown in from places as far as New York and Paris so as not to miss this foodie event of the year. We’ve put together a truly special and unique experience – from chef masterclasses to champagne, wine and coffee tastings to craft beers all the way from Brooklyn, all crafted for Hong Kong’s discerning dining scene. We look forward to welcoming the whole family at Taste of Hong Kong – you’re in for a real treat,” said Simon Wilson, Head of IMG Culinary Asia.
