Le Bistro Chef Opens Kitchen Doors for Cooking Classes

In celebration of Le French GourMay, diners are heating up the kitchen at Le Bistro Winebeast. With expert direction from Chef Johan, everyone will don a chef hat to whisk their own sophisticated French plates. Diners can then move into the dining area of the upscale bistro to taste what they had prepared and carry on their night.

Graduating from the famous Ferrandi School of Culinary Arts in Paris, Chef Johan has a number of Michelin-starred restaurant positions to his credit, notably three years at the one starred ‘Ze Kitchen Gallery’ with Chef William Ledeuil and three years at the two starred Restaurant ‘Les Ambassadeurs’ with Chef Jean-Francois Piège at Hotel Le Crillon in Paris, followed by a stint at ‘Le Chateaubriand’ (ranked among the 50 World Best Restaurants) also in Paris.

The cooking class is limited to 2 to 6 people per session. In the first hour, groups learn to cook a 3-course meal from the customised cooking class menu. It is a way of connecting with family, spending a romantic night with a loved one, having a ladies night out with friends or even a team building exercise with colleagues.

When: Every Tuesdays/ Wednesdays

Time: 7pm onwards

Duration: 1 hour to cook followed by dining in

Capacity: Min. 2ppl and max. 6 ppl

Price: HK$300 per person + price of dishes from the menu
