Le Bistro Presents Seafood Menu This August
Behold seafood lovers – this summer, for the entire month of August Le Bistro Winebeast presents Chef Johan’s Seafood Menu with a focus on fresh ingredients, bold flavors, passion for cuisine and refreshing wine pairings. The 2-course dinner menu features prized ingredients including tuna, octopus, halibut, Dover sole and shrimp Start off with choices from the signature, citrusy Tuna Tartare and Grilled Octopus in fried garlic. The main course delights with 3 kinds of selection served with sides. The Grilled Whole Halibut à la Meunière and Grilled Dover Sole à la Grenobloise are made to share between 2-3 people and 1-2 people, respectively. For the sole diner, the Grilled Gambas in risotto would be quintessential.
An eco-friendly wine menu paired seamlessly with the Seafood Menu was carefully selected and created by Winebeast’s in-house sommelier, Cristina Carranco Ducroquet and Chef Johan. The menu entails a good mix of whites and reds including Bordeaux, South African and Spanish wines.
