Le Boat’s 2019 brochure is out. There is plenty to celebrate in Le Boat’s fifty years’ of operation from continuing the new cruising destination of Canada on the UNESCO listed Rideau Canal through to a €1.5 million investment in the St Jean-de-Losne base at the heart the Franche-Comté cruising ground in Burgundy. In Canada, Le Boat lovers can see the Canadian fleet growing with more Horizon boats on their way – including our brand new five-cabin Horizon 5 which sleeps up to 12 people. Canal du Midi itineraries – the Australian favourite – are still there in the 2019 brochure.
Australians are starting to discover how to get off the beaten track in Europe along the enchanting waterways which carry you away from the main tourist belt and immerse you in local culture and customs.
