Latest Recipe, a buffet with limitless imagination

Latest Recipe is always full of surprises for the taste buds. On Father’s day, we offer a buffet feast at NT1,680 + 10% per person, boasting an array of creative dishes especially crafted by Chef Hsin-You Kuo. At the salad station: “Crab with Fennel Salad” uses fresh crab leg served with fennel to enrich the flavor and mixed with citrus juices. At the Western Hot Items Station, Pan-fried Sea Bass with Mango Salsa is a perfect combination of sweet tropical flavor and savory seafood. “Braised Osso Bucco with Herbs” and “Brown Rice Risotto with Pancetta and Shimeji Mushroom” are also offered at the station. At the Noodle Station, “King Crab Soup” is made from Chilean King Crab which has a sweet briny succulent flavor. At the Carving Station, Baked Salmon Fillet with Mushroom and Caviar Mimosa Dip and Roasted Goose are offered to provide double pleasure for the palate. My Humble House flavorful Cantonese Style

For the special occasion, Chef Matt Chen of My Humble House designed a healthy gourmet menu for fathers. On Wednesday August 8, a set menu at NT2,280 + 10% per person for dinner is offered for Father’s Day. The set menu includes light “Scallop Salad with Japanese-style Dressing” to start off the evening, followed by “Braised Abalone with Cordyceps Militaris”, “Wok-fried Prawns with Fermented Black Bean”, and more delicious dishes to come! A set menu for the table (NT22,800 + 10% per table) is also introduced for Father’s Day. The menu includes “Steamed Garoupa with Enokitake Mushroom and Wood Ear Fungus” and “Braised Vegetables with Crab Meat Sauce”, and “Sweetened Peanut and Pearl Barley Soup, Steamed Buns Stuffed with Black Rice and Butter” for a sweet ending on this special day. 

ChocoArt Father’s Day Special Cake: Pre-order before August 6

The pastry team at Le Méridien Taipei led by Chef Leo Lee and Chris Cheng has together created “Origin Alto El Sol Chocolate Cake with Sesame” (6-inch at NT1,200) for Father’s Day. The cake is coated with silky chocolate sauce; underneath it is a layer of chocolate mousse made from Peruvian Alto El Sol 65% Chocolate, which has a rich, slightly fruity flavor. Working your way down, you will taste exciting layers of filling with sesame, including black sesame daquoise, caramel sauce, and white sesame sable. It is a delightful confection to celebrate the day! Pre-order is available from July 19 (Fri.) to August 6 (Tue.)
