Premium aged and grain-fed prime beef with Béarnaise sauce headline main course options – choosing from Center-Cut Filet Mignon (8oz), Signature Cut New York Strip (14 oz) or Ribeye Steak (16oz). Alternatives to beef are Broiled Salmon Fillet or Chicken Bianco,with beurre blanc sauce – with all entrées including achoice of signature potato or vegetable side dish.

As a delicious finale, indulge Dad’s sweet tooth with a home-style dessert – fresh-baked Carrot Cake or for chocolate lovers, Morton’s Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake, a decadent molten chocolate served with a big scoop of velvety vanilla ice cream and fresh raspberries on top!
