ON ANY GIVEN DAY. . . 
Fritzi Dog will sell at least 125 hot dogs (including their popular Breakfast Dog).
Tusquellas Fish & Oyster Bar will serve gallons of tartar sauce.
Monsieur Marcel Gourmet Market will sell 100 pounds of cheese.
Farmers Market shop staff will speak at least 20 languages.
T Tea Shop will sell about 50 ounces of loose tea.
Someone will find a dress to die for at NAOMI & LAVENDAR.

IN ANY GIVEN WEEK. . . 
Huntington Meats & Sausage will sell 1,200 pounds of ground beef.
The Magic Nut & Candy Company will sell 500 bags of caramel corn.
At least 900 orders of spicy chicken will satisfy diners at Pampas Grill.
Magee’s Kitchen will serve more than 142 pounds of corned beef.
Families — Moms & Dads, brothers & sisters,generations of children & grandchildren,
will be working side-by-side in family owned and operated Farmers Market shops:Gill’s Ice 
Cream, Gumbo Pot, Fritzi Dog, Marconda’s Meats, Coffee Corner, Charlie Sue’s 
Coffee Shop, Peking Kitchen, Bryan’s Pit Barbecue, China Depot, Light My Fire, 
Lustre Jewelry, Puritan Poultry, T Tea Shop, Singapore’s Banana Leaf, Tusquella’s
