Livn Group – the leader in real time distribution of tours and experiences – today announce the appointment of Sean Cummins as CEO as part of their growth strategy after securing funding through private equity partners for an undisclosed amount.
Cummins joins Livn Group with a wealth of experience having held senior roles in the region with Travelport, Amadeus, AOT Group and Hotel Club. Cummins was most recently the Head of Retail and Wholesale Sales Operations at Pinpoint Travel Group – a Mastercard company.
Speaking of his appointment, Cummins said “Livn’s technology will simplify how the tours and activities distribution will evolve and make our clients and their customers lives easier through our unique technology platform for the B2B and B2C space.”
Cummins comments further, “The next 12 months will be exciting times at Livn as we rollout out our platform to the market and grow our footprint in Australia, Asian and European regions.”
Livn Group was founded in 2010 by Steve Martinez and Tui Eruera, whom will remain in integral roles within the company as part of the strategic growth strategy. Livn will continue to develop the Livn GDS product focusing on new customer acquisition and solution building in the initial growth phase.
