Located in the historic R.J. Reynolds Building in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem, The Cardinal knows the true meaning of southern hospitality and is offering guests a wide array of seasonally-inspired amenities, events and the merriest of surprises to ensure all travelers celebrate in style:

  • Santa and his LlamaDecember 9th and 16th the Cardinal’s restaurant, Katharine Brassiere, is partnering with UNCSA: University of North Carolina School of the Arts and their performance of the Nutcracker.  Santa and his cuddly antler wearing Llama will also be paying a special visit to the restaurant, complete with hot cocoa, cookies, letter writing station and of course photo opps. The hot cocoa and letter-writing station will also be offered every Saturday and Sunday through December during brunch.
  • Drinks Straight Up: The hotel will feature a pop-up bartender in the elevator serving hot cider (with the option to add bourbon for an extra kick) every Friday from 4pm-6pm for the entire month of December.
