Lobster Delights at Sense on the Edge A heightened and passionate dining experience at Six Senses Zighy Bay

Sense on the Edge, a contemporary fine dining restaurant at Six Senses Zighy Bay, is located on top of the rugged mountains 980 feet (299 meters) above sea level and features breathtaking panoramic views.

This spring Six Senses Zighy Bay welcomes the coming season by unveiling a new lobster menu by Chef de Cuisine James Knight-Pacheco which showcases the season’s quintessential flavors.

The set menu is available twice a week and features succulent Omani lobster with a variety of fresh seafood.

The dinner begins with Omani Lobster Ceviche appetizer followed by Lobster Bisque then grilled Omani Lobster, Langoustine, Tiger Prawns and Scallops as the main course. The gastronomy journey ends with Valrhona Hot Chocolate Fondant.

“Lobster has always been a favorite selection for seafood aficionados and Omani lobster is renowned worldwide for its tender meat.

By creating a special set menu using local products, Six Senses embrace and highlight this local product that has gained an  international reputation,” said Chef de Cuisine James Knight-Pacheco

Sense on the Edge is an award-winning dining venue and can welcome 60 guests with indoor and outdoor seats. It is open for dinner nightly.
