London’s Luxury Quarter Lights Up For Christmas With The Best Of Seasonal Shopping And Gift Ideas The 42 Streets Of London Luxury Quarter Are Packed With Iconic Luxury Brands And Legendary Hotels Hosting Traditional Christmas Celebrations

Shops and hotels across the iconic London Luxury Quarter are making it a Christmas to remember with the most exciting and diverse range of events and promotions to date from the leading names in international and British luxury.

The 42 streets across Mayfair, Piccadilly and St James have over 1,000 businesses including world famous retailers, auction houses, galleries, restaurants and hotels and are a must see destination for overseas visitors.

Running right through the very heart of the London Luxury Quarter is Bond Street, one of the most luxurious and desirable shopping destinations in the world. With 71 flagship stores and over 180 of the world’s most premium brands it includes the largest Chanel and Louis Vuitton flagships.

British brand Burberry on Bond Street has launched Burberry With Love, the culmination of an entire season celebrating Love through its collections I ♥Classics, Trench Kisses, The Crush, all brought to life by British actors and celebrity couple Sienna Miller and Tom Sturridge.

Ralph Lauren
 is opening all its London stores, including its flagship on Bond Street, until 7pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays throughout December with personal shopping, complimentary deliveries, signature gift presentation and unique personalisation services all available.

For visitors to London in December, jewellery brand Tiffany & Co. will present The Tiffany Carriage riding through the streets of London from December 6thto 8th, including driving through the heart of the London Luxury Quarter. Tiffany & Co. has created its very own Christmas Cracker – The Tiffany Cracker –  and will showcase The Tiffany Mistletoe Chandelier  on the spiral staircase of the Old Bond Street store during weekend of December 14th to 15th.

Luxury jewellery brand Fabergé has launched the Devotion collection, celebrating ‘the art of colours’ where it has seamlessly fused extraordinary coloured gemstones, artistic ingenuity and exceptional craftsmanship in its jewellery pieces. To celebrate, Faberge is hosting an exclusive event to launch the collection and celebrate Christmas on December 5th.

The Fabergé windows on Bond Street will also be seasonally festive with exquisite decorations inspired by Alma Pihl, one of the most renowned designers at the House of Fabergé. Fabergé worked with a paper artist to create delicate snowflakes sculptures in pearlescent gold and white paper with a brushed metal backdrop displaying Alma Pihl’s frost designs.

Away from Bond Street and across the London Luxury Quarter, many of the brands and establishments are offering extra services for Christmas. For example, luxury perfumers Floris is offering complimentary gift wrapping and gift boxes throughout the Festive season.

London’s most fashionable purveyor of fine groceries since 1707, Fortnum & Mason, is a hive of excitement and activity through December with its very own Christmas Shop. Events include Christmas Wine Tastings, Christmas Rocks (a showcase of exclusive jewelleries), White Truffle Extravaganza dinner at Fountain restaurant with Angela Hartnett, Christmas Storytelling, How to Decorate a Cake with Fiona Cairns, Christmas Personalised Chocolate Lollipops and Carols by Candlelight.

Known for its Christmas Hampers, a full brochure of Fortnum & Mason’s Christmas Hampers and ideas is available here. Wine & Spirit merchants Berry Bros & Rudd is also offering a range of 40 parcels including 11 hampers from Spain, France, England and Italy which include wine and food including a Luxury Hamper and a Best of British Hamper.

Home to six of the most famous global names in hospitality, the London Luxury Quarter’s hotels are right at the centre of London’s Christmas celebrations. Known every year for having one of the most unique Christmas trees in the world, Claridge’s will be unveiling its Dolce and Gabbana Christmas Tree on November 26thIntercontinental London Park Lane will host a Christmas-inspired afternoon tea entitled The Twelve  Days of Christmas from November 29thto January 6th.

The Langham London
 is also offering festive afternoon tea at Palm Court and guests can try a Winterfall cocktail at Artesian. For festive dining, The Langham London is hosting a six-course Christmas Day lunch at Roux at The Landau (UKP225 per person) and New Year’s Eve dinner at Roux at The Landau (UKP245 per person).

The Ritz London
 is also hosting Traditional Christmas Tea in December plus a Christmas Eve Gala Dinner and Dance, a traditional Christmas Day Luncheon and Boxing Day Lunch, plus a Black tie Gala Dinner for New Year. In the run up to Christmas, The Ritz London is also offering limited edition Christmas Puddings at the Christmas Concierge in the hotel as well as the ‘Ultimate Christmas Cracker’ packed with jewellery inside.

The London Luxury Quarter gets in the Christmas spirit with the world’s finiest luxury brands offering seasonal specials and Christmas activities like Burberry’s With Love campaign, Fortnum & Mason’s Christmas Shop, Faberge’s new Devotion collection and Claridge’s Christmas Tree designed by Dolce & Gabbana.
