Long Chim’s Tuck Shop in Perth is ‘Mad About Madtarbark’

August 16, 2017 Dining No Comments Email Email

Madtarbark is a street food pastry made from layers of crisp roti around a rich and aromatic filling. Choose from beef with chillies and cumin or curried sweet potato with spring onions – perfect for a quick and satisfying lunch.
We hope you like them as much as we do so come and find out.

We think they are some of the best around.

Order any dish at Long Chim’s Tuck Shop before the end of August and try some of our madtarbark for free.

There is much else to choose from the Tuck Shop menu including our ‘inside out’ chive cakes ($8), rolled fresh rice noodles with
five spice pork ($11) or a more substantial lamb biryani ($15), charred rice noodles with pork, Chinese broccoli with yellow beans ($14), some sprightly stir-fried Asian greens ($8) or perhaps the green curry of beef with apple eggplants and Thai basil ($16).

Tuck Shop is open Monday to Friday from 11.00am to 2:30pm. The food is ready to go. There’s some casual seating just outside the
Tuck Shop when you come by. But if you are caught up in the office we can come to you – Tuck Shop delivery is available exclusively through UberEATS (www.ubereats.com).
