Lunch Fiesta at Glamorous New TAPAGRIA

Guest chef Costa Fernandez Hector is contributing his magic touch to a specially created lunch menu at glamorous new TAPAGRIA atop The ONE in Tsim Sha Tsui.

The esteemed maestro from revered La Paloma at the Pousada de São Tiago in Macau is presenting a menu offering three tapas including his famous Valencia Paella plus dessert from HK$168.

Lunch selections offered at the fashionable new dining destination include ten tapas and three desserts showcasing modern Catalonian and Mediterranean cuisine.

A highlight from the authentic menu is Chef Hector’s signature Paella, freshly cooked daily in traditional style in a 80cm diameter big pan and served at 1:15pm as a sharing dish. The rich Paella is prepared with mussels, shrimp, scallops and prized Iberico pork. The specialty cooked with premium Spanish rice called ‘Bomba’ that absorbs extra flavoursome stock.

Served seven days a week, the lunch promotion invites guests to choose three tapas from a standard HK$168 menu, with options of Soup of the day; Spanish white ham with melon; Mussels in green sauce; Half Spring Chicken with roast potatoes and blue cheese; and vegetarian choices of Tomato, mozzarella & arugula leaf salad or Roasted seasonal vegetables.

Choices also extend to Chef Hector’s celebrated Paella as well as Mediterranean-style Seabass; Homemade veal & Iberico pork hamburger with onion marmalade and Manchego cheese; or Baby octopus with onion, green pears & carrots in beer sauce.

Dessert is a choice of Chocolate mousse with cream or Lime sorbet, with coffee or tea also included.

Lunch promotions are also available at the newly launched destination dining concepts of contemporary Japanese Kyo-Shun and Spanish fine dining venue ZURRIOLA.

Specialising in the traditional, seasonal and imperial cuisine of Kyoto, Kyo-Shun offers a broad choice of 13 set lunch menus, priced from HK$188*. Highly recommended is the Kyoto Bean-curd in soup set (HK$188) with silk tofu from Fushimi flown-in fresh daily. Elegantly presented in a classic Hinoki wood container, the set also includes appetiser, pickles, steamed rice, miso soup and dessert.

Panoramic views over glittering Hong Kong Island across Victoria Harbour are especially stunning from the Spanish restaurant ZURRIOLA which also serves premium business set lunches at HK$228, HK$268 and HK$298.

The new dining destination brings together three unique concepts under one ultra-trendy rooftop location with panoramic views over Victoria Harbour. The outdoor terraces also attract a buzzing crowd ready to enjoy the delights of this debut restaurant venture in Hong Kong.

*All three lunch menus are served from midday-3pm every day of the week. Prices are subject to a 10% service charge.
