Dim Sum Chef Mandy Yeo infuses a contemporary twist to these timeless traditional delights and has created a collection of 4 handcrafted rice dumplings for all to enjoy. Available for only a limited period of time, diners at Szechuan Court are in for a hearty, gastronomic treat with delectable dumplings made using high-quality ingredients, and with a brand new East-meets-West premium dumpling for truffle lovers.


Truffle “Dong-Bo” Abalone Dumpling ▪ $118++, 600g
This exclusive East-meets-West dumpling will leave you relishing its flavours. Diners will be greeted by the aromatic Black Truffle that pairs perfectly well with mouthwatering pieces of traditional “Dong-Bo” pork belly, premium Japanese Shiitake mushrooms and luscious baby abalones that have been stewed in chef’s homemade “Dong-Bo” sauce for at least 3 hours, sprinkled with chopped truffle bits. Wrapped in glistening glutinous rice and
then topped with slices of Black Truffle, this exclusive rice dumpling is a definite must-try this festival.

Hong Kong-Style Rice Dumpling ▪ $32++, 600g
If you adore traditional Hong Kong-style rice dumplings, then Chef Mandy Yeo’s version of the dumpling must not be missed! This luscious dumpling packs a whole lot of ingredients including freshly-roasted pork belly, barbecued pork, roasted duck, Japanese flower mushrooms, salted egg yolk, yellow beans, dried shrimps and chestnuts. The symphony of flavours, texture and aroma of this dumpling makes it an absolute joy to savour.

Organic Brown Rice Vegetarian Dumpling ▪ $24++, 600g
Eating dumplings need not be such a guilty pleasure anymore with Szechuan Court’s Organic Brown Rice Vegetarian Dumpling. This luscious creation comprises of Vegetarian smoked duck and roasted pork, along with Japanese flower mushrooms and chestnuts that fill the centre. Chef Mandy brings the Vegetarian dumpling a notch higher with the addition of a Vegetarian abalone that has been braised for a good 3-4 hours in chef’s special sauce. This healthier option will have diners of all ages coming back for more!

Perfect for dumpling lovers who prefer their sticky bundle with an elevated level of “hotness”, Szechuan Court’s “Signature ‘Gong Bao’ Chicken Dumpling” is a perennial favourite amongst Szechuan Court avid diners. This glistening and glutinous morsel packs a fiery punch and oozes with savoury and luscious ingredients comprising juicy stir-fried
