Luxe Rodeo Drive Hotel, the only hotel located on the world-famous Rodeo Drive shopping street destination, announced today the opening of its Residence Club lounge and tasting room concept, exclusively available for guests who stay at the property. The legendary hotel, which has been a fixture in the Beverly Hills community for more than 20 years, will convert into a private, guest-only experience starting January 1, 2016, with hotel access limited to guests who book stays at the hotel.
The most notable transformation will be the hotel’s restaurant and its lobby will become the exquisite Residence Club lounge. The new Residence Club will give the sense of a members-only private club, with a tasting room and bar, where guests can relax, gather and converse over a selection of beers, fine wines and spirits, and innovative food offerings.
“Hotel guests will have the ability to unwind and mingle in this new, intimate social setting while enjoying our signature food pairings, tastings and beverages,” said Luxe Hotels Founder and Chair, Efrem Harkham. “Our new Residence Club will set up a guest experience that can only be found on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills.”
The new private Residence Club lounge environment evokes the vibe of an edgy and updated social club, giving guests a “members only” feeling in a modern-day boutique hotel on Rodeo Drive. The club and its tasting room will have many classical features and furnishings, but with modern accents and twists.
The tasting room will be open daily, offering continental breakfast from 6:30am to 10am, an afternoon tasting menu from 12pm-2pm, and an evening taste from 5pm-8pm. The lounge bar will also offer wine, beer, soft drinks and selected cocktails from 5pm-10pm, and a 24-hour beverage center, which will offer coffee, tea and water.
Luxe Hotels Executive Chef Olivier Rousselle crafted the tasting room menu at Luxe Rodeo Drive Hotel, which will display Rousselle’s love for farm-fresh, sustainable ingredients. Varying day-to-day, evening tastes will consist of signature crostini, artisan sandwiches and seasonally-inspired salads of the day. Afternoon tastes will feature a lighter fare, which will include house-made dips, chips and seasonal chilled soups. Breakfast offerings include house made baked goods, rotating egg dish and breakfast meat, as well as cereals and seasonal fruits.
The Residence Club experience will be available to guests upon booking their room with an inclusive residence fee of $35 plus tax, per adult, per night. Young adults, ages 12-20, will be able to access the Club for $20 per young adult, per night, and children under 12 will be able to experience the Residence Club free of charge.
The hotel’s current restaurant will close November 1, 2015. Guests may now book stays to experience the new club concept after January 1, 2016. For more information on the Residence Club, please visit www.luxehotels.com.
