This summer, Amanzoe are offering a personal approach to movement and realignment through Pilates, Intelligence Body Work and Zen Shiatsu treatments with internationally renowned movement teacher, Anja Kursawe. Treatments include:

Pilates with the Oov: A gentle yet precise method of strengthening deep muscles and improving overall quality of movement. From stretching, core strengthening, rehabilitation or relaxation, the Oov offers significant benefits for spinal health.

BALLance Concept: Working with the balance balls provides pure relief and mobility to elongate back and intervertebral discs.

Intelligence Bodywork: A combination of different methods to help the body and mind find an intelligent way of self-organisation, inner strength, relaxation and deep understanding.

Kinesiology Taping: Body, mind and soul are central elements involved in this taping treatment. Kinesiology is the diagnostic method with which muscle tests can detect and treat dysfunctions.

Body Psychotherapy: A journey to your inner most self. We will immerse ourselves in different emotion states to find out what really matters in the now and what only a tenacious shadow of the past is. This way, you will be able to better understand your own behaviour, more clearly recognise the origin of your beliefs and dissolve your emotional blockages.

Close tot he capital and its cultural sights, Amankora’s Thimphu lodge lies in a seculded pine crest, while remote Paro lodge sits at an elevation of 2,250 metres.
