With specially tailored floor-to-ceiling curtain glazing framing panoramic harbour views that cannot be built out, the One Wharf Lane tower is one of the very few new office buildings completing in Sydney in 2016.

Located in Sydney’s new business and leisure precinct at Darling Harbour, and close to Barangaroo, One Wharf Lane will be near the corporate headquarters of some of Australia’s leading companies, with all the conveniences of Darling Harbour at its doorstep. With each floor offering up to 720m² NLA, One Wharf Lane is now open for leasing exclusively with Knight Frank as leasing agent, ahead of the expected development completion date of August 2016.

Utilising the latest innovations in building technology, One Wharf Lane will house contiguous floor plates with opportunity for open inter-floor staircases, combining connectivity and functionality. Holding a five star NABERS Energy rating, One Wharf Lane will stand out as a project spearheading sustainable workplace design.  State-of-the-art zoned air-conditioning systems, dedicated tenant condenser water loops and a cooling tower are integrated into the building structure to enable judicious use of energy resources. As well as taking advantage of the latest thermal technology, daylight modelling has been implemented to minimise the use of artificial light.

Owners M&L Hospitality, the Singapore-based real estate investment group with an international portfolio of hotels and commercial properties, engaged renowned Australian architectural firm Cox Richardson Architects to design the elegant new tower, befitting its prominence on the edge of Sydney’s skyline and Darling Harbour. M&L Hospitality is also revitalising the heritage precinct of Sussex Street, introducing new dining concepts and providing new access to Darling Harbour with a new pedestrian through-link.

One Wharf Lane tenants will also benefit from neighbouring a world-class hotel under redevelopment including:

  • 4,800m²(GFA) of column free convention, exhibition and support space
  • new all day dining restaurant and lobby bar
  • refurbished or new guest rooms, and
  • new lobby and port cochere.

M&L Hospitality CEO Neil Maxwell said, “M&L Hospitality is excited to be bringing such a unique commercial concept to Sydney. One Wharf Lane really is one of a kind, combining new boutique office space with all the world-class hospitality and meeting & convention amenities that the Four Points by Sheraton Sydney has to offer in a spectacular new tower. Add in the instant access to premium event space and truly breathtaking views that can never be built out, and One Wharf Lane is set to become an unparalleled iconic benchmark.”
