Demonstrating his respect for ingredients, he has created a menu of traditional Italian dishes and light classics exclusively for Makati Shangri-La, Manila. Each dish blooms with flavor when paired with premier estate family wines, including Antinori on October 20, Chiarlo on October 21, Masi Agricola on October 22 and Allegrini on October 23 at Sage Bespoke Grill from 6 to 10:30 p.m. Tickets are at P5,500 (five courses) and P4,500 (four courses).
