Make December a month to remember with Red Sky’s updated Tasting Menu

At Red Sky restaurant, we like to mix things up a little each month by updating our Tasting Menu.

 

December is no different. Using only the freshest, in-season produce (with a few new twists on the classics), this month’s Tasting Menu is brought to you courtesy of our acclaimed in-house Chef Christian Ham and his team.

For the final month of the year, you’ll be able to try full portions of each of the following dishes:

Brittany Langoustine, Oyster, Salmon Pearl and Mixed Herb Salad; Pan-fried Foie Gras; Truffle Poached Dover Sole; Pan-seared Lamb Chops and Chocolate Parfait.

The Red Sky restaurant Tasting Menu for December is priced at THB 2,955++ per person with wine pairing available for an additional THB 1,999++ per person.

You can reach us on the 55th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld. Don’t forget, you can also head up further to reach our iconic sky bar (56th floor) or the jaw-dropping CRU Champagne Bar (59th floor) for some pre or post-meal drinks!
