Beginning of December 1, 2017, the Hotel will transform its grand outdoor terrace into an enchanting winter wonderland. Shades of blue, silver and white will adorn the expansive space and host four chic chalets offering seasonal delights such as mulled wine, chestnuts and winter beverages. The winter garden will operate during the lounge operation hours.

Holiday Tea Time

Set in the heart of the Hotel, YALI Lounge invites guests to indulge in sweets and savouries in its newly refurbished setting. Specially crafted by the pastry team, delicious sandwiches, mini French patisserie, and warm scones, pumpkin pie with a cup of tea or coffee in the cosy setting of YALI is the perfect definition of a relaxing afternoon during festive season. Christmas Celebrations in Style

Offering an elegant, relaxed ambiance overlooking the Bosphorus, the Hotel’s chic Aqua Restaurant presents a rich program on December 24 and 25, 2017 celebrating Christmas. The offerings include a Christmas Brunch, Christmas Eve Dinner, Christmas Day Lunch and Christmas dinner.

  • Christmas Eve Brunch – December 24, 2017 – Buffet-style Brunch from 12:30 to 3:30 pm, TRY 275 per person or TRY 135 for children between 6 and 12
  • Christmas Eve Dinner – December 24, 2017  – A four-course menu for TRY 295 per person or TRY 145 for children between 6 and 12
  • Christmas Day Lunch – December 25, 2017  – From 12:00 noon to 3:30 pm, a three- course menu for TRY 165 per person, or TRY 80 for children between 6 and 12
  • Christmas Day Dinner – December 25, 2017 – A four-course menu for TRY 295 per person or TRY 145 for children between 6 and 12

New Year’s Gala Dinner at Aqua Restaurant

Inspired by the winter wonderland theme this year, Aqua Restaurant welcomes its guests with a special six course menu including live entertainment and a glass of prosecco.  Executive Chef Savaş Aydemir’s dishes will take guests on a savoury journey in a fairy-tale like setting. Starting with chilled shrimp soup, followed by marinated scallops and gnoccchi scamorza, guests will enjoy a delicious plate of monkfish galentine and beef tenderloin for the main dish. A golden chocolate sphere as the dessert will make the grand finale. For those looking for a party, DJ performance will spice up the memorable dinner after midnight.

New Year’s Gala Dinner at Bosphorus Ballroom

For the first time this year, there will be an additional program where guests are invited for a festive gala dinner at Bosphorus Ballroom. A special performance by Turkey’s renowned solist Barbaros will be accompanied by a five course menu and unlimited premium beverages. The Hotel’s talented Executive Chef Savaş Aydemir and the culinary team will create a lasting memory with the exclusive New Year’s menu, offering king crab leg, mushroom lasagnetta, wild seabass, oven roasted beef fillet and crunchy hazelnut praline.

New Year’s Day

While some greet the New Year with an early rise and shine, others prefer a slower start, so Four Seasons Hotel Bosphorus offers a variety of options.  A seasonal breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 10:30 am, and then from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm, New Year’s Brunch will host guests.

Taking the brunch experience into an elaborate level every Sunday with selected dishes of international and Turkish cuisine as well as live music performance, Aqua prepares the first brunch of 2018 with the same passion and excitement on January 1.
