Mantra Hotels has partnered with UK-based Nestival to bring more than 300 artists and performers to Australia for the Adelaide Fringe and Melbourne International Comedy Festivals in 2019.

Mantra Hotels and Nestival will work together to accommodate international artists, performers and comedians in Art Series, Peppers, Mantra and BreakFree properties across Adelaide and Melbourne.

Mantra Group Executive Director of Sales, Marketing, Revenue & Distribution, Luke Moran, said the Group is excited to launch their partnership with Nestival.

“With the Adelaide Fringe Festival being the second largest annual arts festival in the world and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival the world’s third-largest comedy festival, they’ve always been a busy time for our Adelaide and Melbourne properties.

“We are, however, honoured to work with Nestival to bring even more international guests to Australia to experience all that the Festivals and Australia have to offer,” said Mr Moran.

Having launched in 2012, Nestival now operates at some of the largest arts and entertainment festivals globally.

Nestival Founder and Director, Becki Linley, said Nestival is delighted to partner with Mantra Hotels as they share their vision of bringing quality, affordable accommodation to performers and staff at some of Australia’s largest festivals.

“Nestival houses more than 1,500 industry guests annually and pride ourselves on a very high level of personal service and a warm and welcoming atmosphere that creates a home away from home for the entertainment industry.

“Mantra Hotels is a perfect fit as we expand our business internationally and we look forward to welcoming performers from around the world to their ‘Nests’ at the Adelaide and Melbourne Festivals.”
