Martell And One World Hotel Petaling Jaya Celebrates Great Craftsmanship With A Gastronomic Indulgence
One World Hotel together with Martell Pernod Ricard, the oldest of great cognac Houses hosted Petaling Jaya’s most exclusive and prestigious gastronomic feast recently.
Themed Martell’s Pure Gourmet – A Gastromic Indulgence, an exquisite four-course masterpiece was crafted by a team of kitchen professionals to complement three of Martell’s finest cognacs.
Discerning food connoisseurs were in for a fabulous palatable experience as the four course dinner started with Prawn Frittata and Salmon Mousse with Smoked Oyster, Red Pearl Caviar and French Honeycomb Dressing paired with the Chanteloup Perspective.
Diners were then, treated to the aromatic Double Boiled Poultry Consommé with Lobster Ravioli paired with the same spirit, Chanteloup Perspective. The night progresses with main course of fish or lamb as option.

Fish lovers enjoyed the buttery melt in the mouth Grilled Cod Fish with Field Vegetables and Lime, and Lemon Reduction while fan of lamb, delight in Hillside Lamb Cutlet with Garlic Mashed Potato and Champignon Sauce. Both creations, paired brilliantly with the Martell XO.
Final presentation of the night the Classic Tiramisu paired with the superior Creation Grand Extra was probably the crowd’s favourite, leaving them wanting for more.
General Manager of One World Hotel, Mr. Ho Hoy Sum kicked off the prestigious event with a welcoming speech.
